Ready to Ship items

Orders typically ship with in 2-5 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom products are made just for you. Production generally takes 1-2 weeks depending on size, yarn availability and current order volume.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. 

Returns

Because each custom blanket is handmade specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I'll always do my best to resolve any concerns.
